The Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (TEDP) is an integral program of the State of New Mexico Commission for Deaf & Hard of Hearing (NMCDHH). Established by the Telecommunications Access Act, the TED Program provides equipment to qualified New Mexicans every year.

NMCDHH offers devices including amplified telephones, iPads, iPhones, speech-generating devices, caption phones, neck loops, and more. There is no cost to New Mexico residents who meet the program guidelines.
